Our services

Control first.
Everything else follows.

Find the leakage. Establish the control. Fix the exceptions.
Automate the repeatable work. Measure the result.

From evidence to execution

Three stages.
One connected approach.

Each stage has a purpose and a defined boundary. The next step follows the evidence—not a predetermined technology solution.

01
Understand the constraint

Operations Diagnostic

Trace real work through your existing systems. Establish where control breaks down, what it affects, and which intervention matters first.

  • Review representative job and quote records
  • Trace handoffs, ownership and billing readiness
  • Establish the baseline and priority control gaps

02
Put the right control in place

Job & Revenue Control Sprint

Implement a focused control layer around the highest-priority workflow. Make exceptions visible, assign owners, and connect the work that needs to move.

  • Introduce exception rules and accountable owners
  • Connect existing systems where it is justified
  • Test controls and measure against the baseline

03
Keep the system working

Managed Operational Control

Maintain proven controls, monitor exceptions and keep the information useful. Expand only when the operating evidence supports the next step.

  • Monitor exceptions, overdue actions and data freshness
  • Maintain rules and authorised integrations
  • Extend proven controls to adjacent workflows

What we bring into view

The gaps that matter
to the operating result.

These are control areas, not a catalogue of disconnected products. We prioritise the issue and its consequence before selecting the intervention.

01

Cash & billing control

Billing-ready checks, completed-but-unbilled work, missing documentation, aging and collection visibility.

02

Margin & change control

Change evidence, approval status, approved-but-unbilled work and job-cost exceptions.

03

Field-to-office execution

Clear handoffs, reconciled records, source-of-truth rules and accountable ownership.

04

Capacity & administration

Reduce avoidable re-entry, coordination and administrative work around existing teams.

05

Management & exception control

Actionable exception lists, owners, due dates, escalation and evidence-linked closure.

06

Quote & agreement integrity

Quote follow-up and handoffs, with maintenance-agreement controls as a measured expansion.

Automation is the enabler. Not the headline.

Software, integrations, AI architecture, operational intelligence and managed support are applied where the control requires them. Required human approvals and financial controls remain in place.

Where we fit

Complex operations.
A specific requirement.
Readiness to act.

Our initial focus is independent and regional U.S. commercial HVAC and mechanical service contractors, typically with approximately 50–249 employees. Headcount alone does not determine fit.

Describe your operating requirement

A productive starting point

  • Recurring commercial service and project work
  • Several systems across the field, office and finance
  • A recurring control gap with a clear consequence
  • An accountable operations or finance leader
  • Authorised access to representative records
  • Willingness to improve the workflow—not just the report

Not the right starting point

Low-cost staffing alone, a dashboard without action ownership, or an AI experiment without a defined operating problem.

Before we begin

A few useful
distinctions.

Clear expectations make for a better working relationship.

Do we need to replace our existing systems?

Not by default. The starting point is the operating system you already own: your field-service, accounting, estimating, CRM and other tools. Integration or new software is justified only where an identified control gap requires it.

Is this an AI implementation service?

AI and automation are delivery capabilities, not the starting proposition. First establish the operating problem, the control and the evidence. Repeatable work can then be automated where appropriate, while required human approvals and financial controls remain in place.

What makes a useful starting point?

A specific recurring issue, an accountable operations or finance leader, and authorised access to representative records. A diagnostic can be bounded to one branch or team before a wider commitment is considered.

Can you guarantee financial results?

No outcome should be promised before a reliable baseline and defined scope exist. Measures are agreed around the actual workflow. Detected exceptions are not automatically recoverable revenue, and a local pilot is not proof of enterprise-wide results.
